CMIC CPD Webinar 26/06/2025 and 20/08/2025

CMIC hosted the 2025 2nd CPD Webinar on 26th June 2025 and 20/08/2025 via Zoom. The webinar attracted nearly 200 audiences online and over the phone all together.

The first talk was a study of plant Medicine: RAYDEL Policosanol 10®: Scientifically Proven Health Benefits from Clinical Studies and its Role in Enhancing HDL – the Longevity Factor by Mr. Hosin Lee.

Mr. Hosin Lee is a seasoned marketing expert in the healthcare products sector, with over 25 years of extensive experience. He previously worked as a product manager at a renowned pharmaceutical company, where his strong leadership and market insight played a key role in driving remarkable growth.

He possesses extensive expertise in academic knowledge of products, including clinical studies, allowing him to effectively organize and present complex research data in a clear and comprehensible manner.

The later session was focusing on TCM clinical practice: The professional reflection in gynaecology clinical practice. The session was delivered by Dr. Shengxi Zhang, who got his undergraduate and master’s degrees in medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Doctorate in Health and Biomedical Sciences from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia. Now he has his practice in West Ryde and has taken the teaching role in the Western Sydney University and the Endeavour College of Natural Health.

The focus of the sharing is to explore the special characteristics of women from the perspective of Chinese medicine and physiological pathology.

Some of the content of this sharing has been introduced in the speaker’s teaching. The audience is local students and some experienced Chinese medicine practitioners, and it has received enthusiastic feedback and praise from everyone.
